More women are returning to the workplace in part-time or full-time capacities after a period of maternity or care leave. P31 supports women to choose the right profession and raise their aspirations. It also provides the necessary  tools for women to make informed choices about employment or further education routes available to them.

This course is primarily aimed at women with NVQ level 2 qualifications or above who have been out of the work place for some time due to caring responsibilities.

The course caters for those who would like to refresh their functional employability skills.

Course Outline

Six week course, one day per week. By the end of this course participants would have been provided with the necessary information, skills and attributes necessary for employability.
