The TYTUSS™ Project offers a development programme to young people between 14 to 19 years.  It aims to support young people in their transition to adult life helping them  to clarify and achieve their aims and aspirations.

Research shows that employers are concerned that young people are leaving education without the necessary social and key skills for the workplace.

P31 will assist schools and youth organisations  in meeting the Government's Every Child Matters agenda by using coaching techniques to maximise the potential of each young person. This fun and interactive programme will create greater self esteem, build confidence and  improve personal and business acumen.
